Qi Cooking: From Garden to Table

The creation of vibrant and nourishing meals is as much about the energy that we bring to cooking as the ingredients and techniques that we use. Usher in the start of summer with a delightful morning of qigong in our garden, followed by time in our kitchen preparing delectable delights. We'll create recipes on the spot as we take inspiration from the ingredients of our garden & local farms. We'll wrap up the morning relaxing with summery cordials and enjoying our season-inspired fare.

Bring a notebook if you'd like to write up our inspired recipes and kitchen tips!
