The Kaleidoscope Institute is a school of traditional therapeutic and martial practices. Our aim is to foster awareness, growth and health through ancient methods of cultivation developed over tens of centuries by sages & scholars

The Kaleidoscope Institute's Studio

Our intent at Kaleidoscope Institute is that students through our various programs, which feature Dynamic Meditation, Healthy Eating & Mindful Movement, will develop the ability to look into the cause of things rather than at the symptoms of them.

We teach the Art of Self-Care because no one can know You better than you.
